Sola – Yoshitake Hiroki

很久以前便开始苗头的日本人掌厨的法餐代表 SOLA,米其林一星之一,我和 Zhikai 在某一个遥远以前的公共假日去过一次,而这个遥远,已经是到了非常遥远的程度了。

Amuse Bouche,记得里面有6到7种材料,然后最上面是我最爱的栗子泥,façon mont-blanc

Jambon ibérique 和非常苦的菜,以及很粗的胡椒粒粒

zhikai 逼着我把菜吃完,吃得我一把眼泪一把眼泪,全部都流进碗里面了。

小牛肉和一种根茎植物做成的蜀块,非常的好吃。

我们注意到有些人的餐桌子上有同款设计的抹茶黑芝麻甜品,我们特别要点,可是被厨房拒绝了,说已经将材料用完了。

我很不开心。
